This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for purchases from Phogrynthel in line with EU consumer protection principles and Danish law where applicable.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened. Food supplements often fall under these considerations—check your order confirmation and applicable statutory text at the time of purchase.

Defective or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly with a clear description and, where reasonable, photographs. We will propose a proportionate remedy such as replacement or refund.

How to request a refund

Email contact@phogrynthel.world with your order reference, name, and reason for the request. We aim to confirm receipt within a few business days.

Processing times

Approved refunds are initiated using the original payment method where possible. Banks may add additional processing days.

Non-refundable costs

Unless mandatory rules say otherwise, delivery charges may only be refunded when the full order is returned due to withdrawal or fault on our side.
